Doing a Yard Count
Instructions:

This is pretty easy!

Observe the deer, in both front and back yards, on your property between 7:00 and 7:30am on Saturday April 2nd. Even if they are only in your yard for a few minutes

Record the number of smaller deer (yearlings) and the number of adult deer.

What are they doing? Resting, Feeding, Moving?

If they leave your yard please record the direction that they are moving in.

Submit your data:
We're collecting the information through a online form that adds the data directly to a spreadsheet. You also get to put you guess at the final number of deer in the virtual hat. We'll have a fun prize for the closest guess.
